I know I'm a few weeks late in posting this but the pictures are too cute not to share. We decided to head to Starkville as a family of four for the TN game. We figured if it was an 8 o'clock game, John Paul would be asleep by 9 and we were right!
We stopped at the Veranda on the way in and got a bite to eat which we enjoyed.
Daddy and his girl!
This boy with a smile on his face! Love it!
He is learning to ring that cowbell!!!!
They both LOVE it!

Our family of four LOVING our dawgs!

Fun at the Fair

When the fair was here a weeks ago, we told Isabella if she was good at school, Darren would take her to the fair. This is the first year she really knew what was going on and had asked to go so we decided it was time. She was out of school on Monday for Columbus day, so since she was good  Tuesday and Wednesday, Darren took her. I figured they would spend a couple of hours and be home in time before me plus have supper ready. WOW! Was I ever wrong. These two stayed as long as they could and rode everything. This girl is fearless!!! She rode every ride she could by herself and if she couldn't ride by herself, her daddy rode with her.
I also need to add this - so I won't ever forget. The next day at school she was not so well behaved in after school. While she was getting in trouble, she looked at them and very matter of fact said, "It doesn't matter anyway, I've already been to the fair." Needless to say she got sent to the Principal's office and I got a call. If I haven't said it already, this girl is smart and knows exactly what she is doing.

1st K5 Field Trip

A week ago we had our first field trip for school to the Fire Museum. I drove my little one plus 3 of her new friends. We also had Mrs Pittman ride with us whom I enjoyed visiting with.
I can't even begin to tell you how well behaved these children were. I never heard a teacher raise her voice and even my little one behaved. I'm proud to be a part of FPDS!!

Pinkalicious @ Actor's Playhouse

A dear friend of mine from years ago has been on my case for years about coming to one of her shows. I tried to make it to Annie but it got sold out before I could get tickets. When she told me she was going to be directing, Pinkalicious I knew it was something Isabella and I had to do together. Thank goodness Marme was home to keep John Paul so this sweet little girl and I could have a special afternoon together. I would highly recommend this book to any little girl! It is too sweet!
Getting in a quick nap before the show.
The play was in Pearl at the Actor's Playhouse.
Mrs Cynthia, my girl, and I before the show. Mrs Cynthia did a great job!
Cupcakes at intermission
This was Allison, Pinkalicious's friend. She was from Magee so we had to get a picture with her.
Here is Pinkalicious. She did a great job!
